Gymvod Web App
If you study at Gymnazium Voderadska (gymvod.cz) this app is a must have. It is a user friendly offline wrapper for schools services (gateway.gymvod.cz:444/bakalari, nutricnihodnoty.cz). It downloads the data automatically or on demand and saves them automatically for offline viewing. All you have to do is provide is username and password for both services. This may be helpful especially when your browser doesn't want to let you view your marks because of the failed certification on /bakalari.
You can:- View your timetable, including irregularities
- View&choose your meals.
- Look at a map of the school in case you get lost
- See your marks from the internet
- See when you weren't in school and what does it mean for you

How does it work
Gymvod is now a web app. Many argue that native is always better than web and I agree, but web version enables me to distribute the app on more platforms and have total control. For anyone who wants to build a native app, the endpoints are there, contact me and I'm sure we'll be able to figure it out. I've done most of the work and from now on it's a piece of cake even for amateur coders.
Requirements
The ultimate requirement is any modern HTML5 compliant WebKit based web browser. This includes, but is not limited to: Google Chrome 12+, Safari 5+, iOS 5+. Internet Explorer does not work as always. The reason for this type of distribution is insufficient funding. Publishing to AppStore costs more than 100$/Year.
